WHOLESALE FAQ & SHIPPING INFORMATION 

How much is shipping?
We charge a flat shipping rate of $19 per order to help cover freight costs on standard wholesale orders.

Why is shipping a flat rate?
Our products ship from multiple supplier distribution centres.
Some orders cost more to ship and some cost less — a flat rate keeps checkout simple and fair overall. We do not profit from shipping charges.

Can I get an exact shipping cost before I pay?
Yes.
For larger, bulk, or mixed orders, select Pay by Invoice (Shipping Confirmed First) at checkout.
We will confirm the exact shipping cost and send an invoice before payment is required.

When should I use Pay by Invoice?
Pay by Invoice is recommended if your order includes: Large quantities, Multiple hoodies or heavy garments, Mixed brands or products and Regional or non-metro delivery

Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available on wholesale orders of $1,000 or more, in line with supplier freight thresholds.

Can I collect my order from Brisbane or a local warehouse?
No.
Our suppliers do not offer public warehouse or counter pickup.
All wholesale orders are dispatched via courier from supplier distribution centres.

Will I ever be charged additional shipping?
In rare cases involving large or bulky orders, additional freight may apply.
If this occurs, we will always contact you before dispatch to confirm costs.
